Sever depression?
I had a breakup with a girl that I was with for 3 years ... I felt bad as soon as we broke up .. mainly used to insult me .. etc. .. but I felt guilty for anyhw old things for a lot .. THT relevant things that werent even tried to fix .. I did u everythin can imagine and every time I insulted .. I do not know and even returned all the insults even happened to me .. Cause of all now imagine having it in my song life of course .. but things get me .. I feel very depressed as if the joy of my life has gone .. about 8 months have passed and I still can not help myself .. Unfortunately she is in the univ same as mine .. and I have to face your everyday ... That CREAP me more coz she keeps flirting with boys .. I started feeling useless, ugly and disgusted with myself .. I feel like the world has ended, and probably not ever gal feelings for me ... wht shud i do? help!
I will try to see things this way. At one time this girl has been prepared for you and find you attractive. There is no guarantee that a relationship will last forever, but if this girl I met you attractive, just think of all the other girls, given that the same light. Look around and see all the opportunities that could have all different girls that could meet and every experience you may have with other people. While you're obsessed with this girl. you could be missing opportunities that you can never back. It will be a girl that is worthy of you that are not insulting you, but enjoying and loving instead. Just go out and meet her. The fall of someone else values that will make you forget about this girl very quickly. Take care.
